PROBLEMATIKA PENGEMBANGAN RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA GURU KELAS DI SDN WONOKERSO 01 KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

Professional teachers should be able to make design
instructions learning. The purpose of this study was to describe
the qualitative information about the experience and capabilities
of teachers towards the development of the design instructions
and implementation learning. The approach in this study i.e. the
qualitative approach with descriptive research method. The
results showed that the participants still had a less professional
experience in designing and developing an design instructions
s where there is the fact that the participants copy the design
instructions from the internet or from friends. Participants are
also still lacking in the ability carry out teaching in accordance
with design instructions learning with reason of administrative
tasks that must be done at the same time and not able to
manage time learning. In addition there is also the fact of lack of
understanding of the participants for the right election of
method and media becomes a factor. The role of Government
is highly expected in the overcome this situation through the
existence of training and workshop that on an ongoing basis
with involving professional organizations and working groups of
teachers so that teachers can exchange knowledge and
experience.
