Pengaruh Sikap, Norma Subjektif dan Perceived Behavior Control Terhadap Intensi Guru Kelas Bawah Sekolah Dasar/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam Menerapkan Pembelajaran Tematik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Se-Kota Malang
Abstract
Thematic learning approach has been put in place in
SD/MI for about 7 years, but until now has not revealed real
results. Though starting in 2014/2015 approach to lessons
learning in SD/MI will turn into thematic integrative. To optimize
the application of this learning model, then needed a study
regarding the implementation of thematic learning in the years
before. On the basis of this is the researchers trying to unravel
how the psychological condition of the master class under the
SD/MI in implementing thematic study covering variable
attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and
lower class teacher intensi SD/MI, this research uses a
quantitative approach to the type of korelasional. The data
collected with a questionnaire with the number of respondents
115 master class under the SD/MI who teaches at SDN/MIN seMalang. The data obtained are then analyzed using descriptive
statistics, correlation pearson product moment, one-way
ANOVA, and multiple regression. Based on the known analysis
tools that are only partial variable positive influence attitudes
towards intensi. While simultaneously third variable has a
positive influence towards intensi, with the most dominant factor
is attitude. Both of these research results are indeed a bit
contradictory. This is because according to the theory of
planned behavior, the third application to be free variables in
one unit, meaning that it can not be separated from one another
